Love the silhouette too!
It's an interesting idea, too, the gulper-eel/human hybrid. I like the kind of human bodyframe snapped onto the front of the chest. This might be unwelcome criticism, but I think the overall shape would look good if you lost the arms and legs altogether, or somehow made them interfere less with the dominant head-body relationship.
